1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government affiliation. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents on a visitor's behalf.

Its purpose is to identify the offices and systems that hold Menifee County records, including the sheriff, Office of Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police Records Branch, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, and to provide links to outside tools that may aid research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Run a bot, scraper, or other automated collection tool against the pages
• Use site information to threaten, stalk, or harass another person
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Use content for an employment, housing, credit, or insurance decision
• Violate federal, Kentucky, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information found here or through a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against anyone. Such conduct may also violate law. Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry data is published for public-safety awareness. Kentucky law forbids misuse of registry information to harass a registrant. It must not be used for vigilante acts, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Our advertising partners and this site do not provide services for evaluating job applicants, rental applications, insurance rates, or creditworthiness. Information from the site or a linked tool may not be used to:

• Set an insurance premium or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Make a hiring or firing decision
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government program
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

A check for a regulated purpose must be obtained through an appropriate official or FCRA-compliant provider, not through this site.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Menifee County charge, conviction, warrant, or Kentucky expungement law applies to a specific person. Consult a Kentucky-licensed attorney for advice.

6. No Warranties

All site content and functions are provided "as is." We make no promise that:

• Partner search results will be complete or correct
• The site will operate without interruption
• Content will always be accurate, current, or complete
• Every page will be free of bugs, errors, or security weaknesses

Criminal records can change when charges are filed, amended, dismissed, or expunged. Gaps and delays are unavoidable. No content here is an official statement from the Menifee County Sheriff, Kentucky Court of Justice, Kentucky State Police, or another agency. Public access to official records is governed in part by the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, and law-enforcement record access by KRS 17.150.

Text, code, graphics, and logos belong to Menifee County Criminal History or its content partners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative material from that content without prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this site, its content, or a linked service, including decisions based on that information.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or legal actions caused by your site use or violation of these terms, including related costs and legal fees.

Kentucky law governs these terms. Any dispute related to use of the site must be brought in a court located in Kentucky.
