Menifee County Arrest History

Juvenile matters are generally restricted under Kentucky's Unified Juvenile Code. Eligible adult arrest records may also change after expungement. Qualifying acquittals and dismissals can receive automatic relief, while other cases follow statutory petition routes. Because Menifee County sends prisoners outside the county, an expungement request should identify the actual receiving jail as well as the arresting agency. Keep a certified copy of the order.
