Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is transmitted directly to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies the response. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

We retain an email message when needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically

Links may lead to the Menifee County government, Kentucky Court of Justice, Kentucky State Police, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination's privacy policy applies. Read that policy before providing personal details.
Some advertising providers may track activity across multiple sites to select ads. That processing takes place within the provider's systems.

Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such data, we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights can vary by residence and applicable law. In Kentucky, the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, applies to records held by public agencies. KRS 17.150 governs inspection of law-enforcement records, and KRS 17.185 addresses a person's request to Kentucky State Police for a name-based or fingerprint-supported check on oneself. Those public-record laws are distinct from this private site's practices. Subject to applicable law, you may:
